Sapthachadadi kashaya is specially mentioned for mukha paka in which the patient may exhibit symptoms like pyria, tongue crack, mouth ulcers, sensitivity of tongue etc. This kashaya can be used internally and mainly as gandoosha for diseases pertaining to oral cavity.
